With a suite of services through life coaching or counseling sessions, we support our clients in reaching wellness for the mind, body, and spirit. Clients are mostly adults and seniors seeking individual counseling or coaching. We provide a warm, nonjudgmental, safe, and confidential environment for healing and change to take place. We utilize techniques and interventions unique to the needs an individual brings into session.
In addition, we take a culturally sensitive approach to working with individuals whose culture or spiritual values are important in the process of making decisions and creating change.
Stormy Seas Coaching and Counseling is currently in network with CIGNA and AETNA insurance. Self pay (including HSA/FSA) is also welcome and accepted.
In-person and telehealth sessions are available. Telehealth services are the method of conducting coaching or counseling sessions virtually via video-teleconferencing application.

In the popular and seasonal "Mindful Meditation on the Beach" class, you learn to work with your breath and body to restore mental clarity and mobility through concentrated, specialized meditation exercises and stretches. This meditation is clinically based (non-religious) and includes progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, and breathing techniques (to name a few!) for improving physiological stress responses, overall mood and emotional wellbeing.
Learn how to relax your mind quickly in the face of adversity--anytime, anywhere. This class is great for beginners or those who are curious of what mindfulness or the meditation buzz is all about! Stay tuned for when we post the 2021 schedule and join us in the evenings as we practice being in the present moment along the shore, focusing on our breath.
