Jen Wilburn, LMHC, QS, CIC, is a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida, with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She is also a Certified Intrinsic Life Coach. Jen holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida, complemented by dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Creative Writing, English "with Honors" from Florida State University. In addition to her clinical work, Jen is an award-winning consultant specializing in Diversity and Inclusion, Feminism, Ableism, Accessibility, and ADA Disability Accommodations. As a distinguished leader in the technology and healthcare sectors, she has developed strategic programs and innovative solutions aimed at dismantling ableism and fostering access and inclusion for individuals with diverse disabilities, including mental health conditions. Jen's consultancy has led to international recognition for Fortune 200 companies, which have received prestigious awards for disability equality through her guidance and expertise.
