Meet The FOUNDER

Jen Wilburn, LMHC, QS, CIC, is a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida, with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She is also a Certified Intrinsic Life Coach. Jen holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida, along with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Creative Writing, English "With Honors" from Florida State University. In addition to her clinical work, Jen is an award-winning consultant specializing in Diversity and Inclusion, Accessibility, ADA Disability Accommodations, and Leave of Absence strategy. Jen has developed strategic programs and innovative solutions that dismantle ableism while expanding access and inclusion for individuals with a wide range of disabilities, including mental health conditions. Her work bridges healthcare and workplace systems, helping organizations implement effective accommodation and leave practices that are both legally sound and human-centered. Through her consultancy, Fortune 200 companies have achieved international recognition for disability equality, earning prestigious awards under her guidance and expertise.
